EEB-CZ visits important events in the field of energy efficient buildings. We are interested in scientific topics as well as in events dealing with policy issues. Recently, we have visited the High Level Policy Conference in Brussels during Sustainable Energy Week. We present the highlights of the conference.
BuildingRating.org - new website for benchmarking of national policies in energy efficiency in buildings
The European Global Performance Buildings Network (GBPN), together with its US partner, the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT), has launched a new website – BuildingRating.org. This site is the first global source of information and policy analyses on ratings and benchmarks of energy use in buildings.
ManagEnergy, a technical support initiative of the Intelligent Energy Europe programme (IEE), has published a brochure mapping energy agencies across the EU. The brochure contains a detailed summary and is a rich source of useful contacts. It filters agencies according to country and type (regional, national, local).
The European Commission has published updated work programmes of Horizon 2020 for 2015 on the Participant Portal. The topics and deadlines for 2015 are specified.
In June 2014, EEB-CZ prepared and submitted to the European Commission its first position document. The document addresses the FET Proactive Horizon 2020 programme for the period 2016-2017.
